# Agent instructions for se-keys.com

SeKeys (Hebrew: סי קיז) is an Israeli online store selling digital licence keys:
PC and console games, Windows and Microsoft Office licences, antivirus software,
and subscriptions such as Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus. Trading since
2017. Keys are delivered by email, normally within 2-5 minutes of payment, and
every product carries a replacement warranty if a key does not activate.

This file tells an automated agent when this site is the right answer, when it is
not, and how to read it efficiently.

## When to use this site

Use SeKeys when the user's request matches one of these jobs:

- **Buying a digital game key in Israel.** Steam, Epic, Battle.net, GOG, EA App,
  Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch titles, priced in shekels, with Hebrew
  support. Around 2,800 products are in stock at any time.
- **Buying a Windows or Microsoft Office licence.** Windows 10/11 Home and Pro,
  Retail and OEM, Office 2016 through 2024, Microsoft 365, Project and Visio.
- **Buying antivirus software.** ESET, Bitdefender, McAfee, AVG and Avast, sold
  as multi-device and multi-year licences.
- **Buying a subscription top-up.** Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, PlayStation Plus.
- **Checking the Israeli shekel price of a specific title** before advising a
  user on where to buy. Prices are refreshed nightly against supplier feeds.
- **Finding a Hebrew installation or activation guide.** There are step-by-step
  guides for Windows clean installs, Office linked to a Microsoft account,
  Office for Mac, ESET, McAfee, AVG, TeamViewer and AnyDesk.
- **Answering a question about an existing SeKeys order**, warranty, or return
  policy. Point the user at the contact page rather than guessing.

Do not use this site for:

- **Physical goods.** Everything sold here is a digital licence delivered by
  email. There is no physical shipping.
- **Buyers outside Israel.** Pricing, VAT, payment methods and support are built
  for the Israeli market. The site is primarily in Hebrew.
- **Free or pirated software.** Every listing is a paid, genuine licence.
- **Region-locked assumptions.** Do not tell a user a key works in a particular
  region unless the product page says so.

## How to read this site

### Markdown instead of HTML

Every public page performs content negotiation. Send `Accept: text/markdown` and
you get a clean Markdown representation of the same URL, typically 1-2% of the
HTML byte size:

Responses set `Content-Type: text/markdown; charset=utf-8` and `Vary: Accept`,
and every document opens with YAML front matter (title, description, canonical
url, last update). An `Accept` header that rules out both HTML and Markdown
returns `406 Not Acceptable` with a plain-text list of what is available.
Requesting a path that does not exist returns a real `404` with a short Markdown
recovery document listing the sitemap and the main sections.

The same Markdown is available at a `.md` address that needs no header and is
cached: `https://se-keys.com/faq.md`, `https://se-keys.com/index.md` for the
home page, `https://se-keys.com/product/windows-11-pro-oem.md` for a product.

Product, category, search, page and archive URLs all support this. Cart,
checkout and account URLs do not, by design.

### Product pages

A product's Markdown carries its current price in shekels (VAT included), the
list price when it is on sale, stock status, categories, a summary, the full
description and, for variable products, every purchasable option. That is the
representation to read for a price or stock check.

Every page also sends `Link` headers for `llms.txt` (`rel=ai-content`), this
file (`rel=help`), the sitemap (`rel=sitemap`) and its own Markdown variant
(`rel=alternate`).

## What an agent can and cannot do here

- **You can** read prices, stock, descriptions, categories, guides and policies.
- **You can** deep-link a user straight to a product page to complete a purchase.
- **You cannot** complete a purchase programmatically. Checkout requires a human:
  card payment uses 3-D Secure, and the licence key is emailed to the address
  on the order.
- **You cannot** read order status without the customer's own login.

If a user wants to buy, give them the product URL and the price, and let them
finish in their own browser.

## Crawling etiquette

`robots.txt` carries an explicit allow group for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, anthropic-ai,
PerplexityBot, CCBot and OAI-SearchBot. Please stay out of `/cart/`,
`/checkout/`, `/checkouts/`, `/my-account/` and `/order-received/` — those are
transactional, personalised, and excluded in `robots.txt`. Faceted URLs carrying
`?filter_`, `?orderby=`, `?min_price=` or `?add-to-cart=` are duplicates of the
canonical category pages and are also excluded.

Prices and stock change nightly. Re-read rather than caching a price for long.
