A request for a refund, change or cancellation of a transaction will be forwarded to the website in one of the communication methods listed at the bottom of the regulations. Due to the nature of the product, it will not be possible to change and/or cancel the purchase of products on the website after receiving the product key and the buyer will not be entitled to any refund. The site may on its own initiative cancel the purchase of products on the site, among others but not only, in the event that the billing details provided by the customer are incorrect or if the ordered service is not possible, all by notifying the customer. In the event that a refund, change or cancellation was made due to a malfunction or defect in the product and/or service as a result of reasons related to the website, the customer may submit a request for a refund or cancellation along with proof of a malfunction and/or defect. The buyer must check the product activation requirements and make sure that he has the possibility to activate the product he purchased and there is no responsibility for the incompatibility of the purchased product with the possibility to activate it by the buyer and it is not possible to activate it. Cancel, return or change an order as a result. A request for refund or cancellation as mentioned will be forwarded to the website by one of the means of communication listed at the bottom of the regulations and will be checked by the website. Refunds or cancellations will be made after the customer receives a written notification from the website confirming this. Any other request for a refund, change or cancellation of a transaction will be possible subject to the sole discretion of the site. The provisions of section 7 above are subject to the provisions for canceling a transaction according to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981-5771.
